Module 9 - Trauma, crime scene, accidents, undiscovered death cleans
In this module you will learn all about trauma & crime scene cleanups. These types of cleans must be handled sensitively and compassionately.
This module will give you the skills and confidence to carry out this type of specialist cleaning.
Module 10 - Gross filth and extreme cleaning. Know your risks
During this module you will see some graphic images, however it is vital you see these.
After completing this module, you will understand which types of gross and extreme cleans you may encounter, and you will be able to confidently carry yourself when working in these environments.
Module 11 - Specialist Cleans dealing with Legionella, cell cleaning, etc.
In this part of the programme we are going to give you an insight into specialist cleaning services that aren’t commonly known about, but there is a need for them in the cleaning market that needs more awareness within the industry.
Module 12 - Waste Regulations - licences, your responsibilities and safety
In this part of the programme you will get a full understanding of these niche cleans and get access to all the resources you need.
Module 13- Mental Health - be aware.
Employee support, recruitment, onboarding, processes and performance management.
Module 14- Dealing with death by Suicide.
We will explore the needs and inticracies of this sensitive area as you complete your final module.
